About the artist:
John E. G. Mace, born in Brentford, Middlesex in 1937, is an artist highly regarded for his paintings in the tradition of the Norwich School. He is particularly known for his depictions of Norfolk life, historical scenes, and wildlife. A member of the Great Yarmouth & District Society of Artists, his work has been featured in numerous exhibitions across Norfolk and Suffolk. Mace lived in Norwich for over 30 years before moving to Dorking, Surrey.
